With its theme of “Dancing into Spring,” this edition of “Razzle Dazzle Radio” highlights HCC’s upcoming Spring Dance Concert March 30-April 1 and Irish culture, music and dance programs. Carolyn Kelemen and Judy Templeton interview Elizabeth Higgins, a teacher, director, and choreographer at the college, and Ben Koolbeck, lead dancer with the Teelin Company. Look for these talented performers when they march/dance in the St. Patrick’s Day Parade in Baltimore March 12.
